Ellen A. Rollin’s: Executive Profile
Ellen A. Rollins serves as an esteemed executive within the Jehovah Alive for Old Age (JAFOA). With an extensive career dedicated to public service, health program development, and educational product creation, Ellen brings a wealth of experience and a profound commitment to community advocacy and cultural enrichment.
Professional Expertise: Ellen Rollins is the CEO of the National Association of Juneteenth Lineage CA, Inc (NAJLCA.org), where she leads initiatives that advocate for Black African American interests nationwide. Her work encompasses crucial areas such as health care reform, anti-poverty measures, socioeconomic justice, and participation in organizations like Black Lives Matter, ACLU, WEAP, and Move To Amend.
In her current role as Curator of African & Black World Footsteps for “A Sense Of Family” at MoonRaker World Trade Enterprises, Ellen has developed transformative educational and health programs, including “The Tree Of Life Meditation System” and the “Just Living In This World” process, which have been instrumental in mental health continuity of care at the PALO Alto VA Hospital. Her programs emphasize peaceful conflict resolution and personal skill enhancement and have been successfully implemented across the United States and the US Virgin Islands since 1989.

Senior Care Commissioner SJ & Santa Clara County 2010 to present serving as CA PS10 CA Senior Legislator.
As a passionate advocate for community-based and transitional health care services, Ellen has been actively involved since 1990. She has played a pivotal role as the founding Chair of SEIU 521 People With Disability (PWD) Caucus and currently serves as Treasurer of IPWD. Her advocacy efforts extend to establishing and curating Black Museums in Santa Clara County, including “Kamet” in Gilroy and “African American History House” at History San Jose. She is the Chief Curator of the “San Jose Black History Museum of Silicon Valley,” known for its virtual and traveling exhibitions.

Marshon N. Kincy is an accomplished economic developer from Compton, CA, with a wealth of experience in global economic development. As the Global Commander of the Mighty Forefront, CEO of the National Association of Juneteenth Lineage, and founder of the Mansa Humanitarian Foundation NGO, Mr. Kincy has demonstrated exceptional leadership in international business development, economic security, financial management, and community self-reliance projects.
Professional Summary: Mr. Kincy specializes in integrating his expertise to address extensive public needs through strategic partnerships with governments, global organizations, and community groups. His efforts in economic development focus on supporting poverty-stricken communities by creating new cities and initiatives that combine technology, music, and culture to foster community growth and self-reliance.
Mission Statement: Mr. Kincy’s mission is to develop the tangible and social infrastructure needed to support peaceful communities throughout Africa and the African Diaspora. By assembling societies that offer social services, communication networks, and support for tribal social structures, he aims to uphold a fundamental humanitarian standard of living. His commitment to humanitarian standards involves providing over one billion people with access to affordable housing, home water systems, healthcare, and sanitation services. This infrastructure development is designed to create billions of new educational and employment opportunities, thereby enhancing the quality of life for many.
